All services are available either as an HR consultant support to the manager or to lead and complete the process, by agreement for each assignment, providing flexibility for your business. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Arrangements can also be made for interim assignments that require dedicated HR resource.

We can assist with your workforce strategy by supporting business change and transformation, such as organisational reviews and restructures, business growth or downsizing; and we can work with you to develop your managers through bespoke people management training.

With our extensive HR knowledge, we can support and guide you through all aspects of people issues and assist you to reach resolutions; and we can also carry out independent investigations. If you receive an Employment Tribunal claim we offer a service to guide you through the process and will follow up with some initiatives to mitigate future risks.
